I really like the place. The receptionist was very kind and let me check in before the expected time, which I appreciate. Thank you, I’ll be back soon. Nothing, everything is fine 💗

The room and bathroom are very spacious. The outside setting is nice, the service kitchen is convenient with a €1 fee for coffee, water, teas, and small snacks. It’s very sound‑proofed and the smart opening works well. The keyless main door and room door are fine. The shower is dirty with mold on the tiles, the shower door has rust, there are few hangers in the shower area so I had to bring a chair (fortunately there was space to enter with a chair). No towel rack near the bidet, no small shelves, no shower tray for shampoo, the shower head is detachable but lacks a holder. The bed is too soft.

Personale gentilissimo: la procedura di check-in è molto semplice e mi hanno permesso di entrare addirittura 2h prima dell'orario previsto, con moltissima disponibilità. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alla metro Rivoli. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Il cortile interno è molto ordinato, ben tenuto. La camera è molto silenziosa la notte. Wi-Fi perfetto anche per chi deve lavorare. Nulla!
