“A really nice stay, nice breakfast and helpful and friendly staff.”
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, but the chef looked miserable and there was no parking on site.

The hotel is clean, spacious, close to the city and next to the bus station, and all the in‑hotel amenities are very good. I didn’t know I’d have to pay a £50 deposit on arrival, which was refunded at departure; every transaction was by card. Still, I’d stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly, but the discount wasn’t applied at the car park when we arrived.

The location is central, breakfast was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. Nothing else to add.

The reception staff were exceptionally good, so I’ll definitely return to Holiday Inn Derby. I was so pleased with the stay that I felt the warm atmosphere had been experienced for a long time; highly recommended.
