The location was great.

Excellent location and clean. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the shower was powerful. The downside was that you could hear the neighbors in the adjacent room, and they could hear us too.

The location and views were good, but customer service was very poor. I had to contact them to see if I could leave my backpack because I arrived early on public transport and had nowhere to stash it. They didn’t answer my WhatsApp, so I called. The staff member who answered was extremely unpleasant and wouldn’t help. The next day I called again to say I had managed to leave it (I took advantage of guests leaving to drop it at reception, which led to a fight with that lady – I’m not saying the hotel is your life). Another unhelpful person answered. The TV didn’t work and the shower’s whirlpool feature was broken, so I had to shower elsewhere.
