The cost, location and modern feel of the hotel was great. The hotel staff was very good and went out-of-their-way to make sure we happy. All of the artwork throughout the hotel was music-oriented! So fun. The staff in the bar (and visually at the restaurant) were extremely uninterested in serving us. We ordered two beers, amd then the bartender NEVER came back to see of we wanted another. We heard staff arguing loudly with each other, and food customers seemed to be unattended for long periods of time, even though there were very few people at the restaurant

The location was great, just like the service from Nicole.

The hotel is well located and modern, and the front desk staff were excellent; there was nothing to complain about.
