We booked an apartment and it was really great; the bathrooms, living room and bedroom were all very comfortable. Everything else was also very good.

The view would be nice if the windows were clean. The place is quiet. The hotel and its reception hall look nice, but the large, old room hides poor equipment like power outlets, tap fittings and sanitary devices. The bedding is average, there’s little comfort equipment, and it’s not great for the price. Given the experience, we avoided trying the breakfast.

Quiet and clean for the price range. The staff at the lobby patio shop were rude; please act more kindly and politely.

I always come back here; the rooms are spotless and the hot spring is great. No complaints.
