The staff were friendly and helpful. Love the ocean view from the balcony. Bed a Was firmer than I prefer and it was difficult to figure out what was on TV

“My first solo travel trip was fantastic. Service was great. The only downside is the beach access and small bathroom.”

The room felt like a boutique hotel. Beach access wasn't convenient. Bathroom area was very small

Our room was perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves. The tub and bed were excellent and we look forward to our next visit. The wifi appeared to be out and your public restroom was out of order, but the nice man at the concierge desk was very helpful and gave my husband our room key quickly

“Very relaxing, fabulous weather”

Love the oceanfront room, with jacuzzi tub in the window! Very comfortable bed; refrigerator was helpful. So was the microwave. There's a kitchenette, but nothing is provided.no plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Just two mugs with the coffee maker. We were aware of this so we brought our own kitchenware so we could make breakfast and reheat food for dinner. I think it's important that guests are aware of this. The hotel sits on a cliff so access to the beach is via a long set of stairs, about 70 steps. This is mentioned on the website, but not everyone will notice. This part of Lincoln City is a cliff

The view was nice that's it. First room they put us in was dirty and gross and then 2nd room shower leaked lights flickered no internet for us to purchase drinks or snacks at night then when I told the stuff about all this at check out nothing no response that I'm sorry your stay was horrible nothing no discount for the room wouldn't recommend this place
