I like that it’s comfortable and cozy. Staff are mostly friendly. Well the hygiene wasn’t top notch. When they make your bed they don’t really change the sheets. Sometimes if you call room service to get extra towels they forget. The structure of the bathroom itself isn’t made for easy access. The floor could stay wet until housekeeping the next day. Could use with a cheaper laundry service
The location was excellent, and the facilities were good overall. However, the comfort and cleanliness could be improved, and considering the price, I expected better value for money
