Baymont by Wyndham Abilene

“Will not be staying there ever again”

I liked the friendly desk guy, but the room was not clean: roaches, blood on the wall, poop on the wall, and sticky spots on the floors. Even after speaking to the front desk, the room still wasn’t cleaned, the sheets were stained, roaches remained, and the floors stayed sticky.

No me gustó nada. Les falta mucha atención y limpieza

The quote from Charles Barkley, "TERRIBLE," was the only highlight. I had to cancel my reservation, was told I would receive a refund, and was told the hotel had to submit a form to the refund agency. However, the two entities could not contact each other, so I ended up paying the cost.

Availability was good, but there was dog poop on the floor and blood stains on the bed linen.

“We ended up getting a refund and going to another motel. The staff was very polite and accommodating”

The location was fine, but the first room we were given had puddles of water, hair on the bathroom floor, and hair tracked into the room as if someone had just finished a shower. Dust and hair were on the countertops and furniture, making it clear the room hadn't been cleaned. The second room had a dirty floor, urine on the toilet, and a tub that looked filthy.
