Breakfast was average. The location was also average. The place wasn’t very clean. The price was high. There was no female staff.

The hotel was excellent, housed in a beautiful heritage building. Service was flawless, especially from Mr Inder Rana, the manager, and Ajay Kumar. The chef was brilliant, cooking customised, home‑style meals that made us dine at the hotel every night for four nights. Our rooms were very large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with many collectible memorabilia from old times, including a great collection of original photographs and newspaper cuttings. Mr Rana gave us a warm welcome, and Ajay and the staff made the stay memorable. No complaints, except that my parents’ bathroom had a leak that was fixed quickly, and some towels were a bit old and could use renewal.

The building is amazing, full of heritage and history. I loved the decor, furniture, and all the pictures on the walls.

The hotel featured many heritage furnishings and fixtures, filled with pictures of historic events and documents, creating a very interesting ambience. The food from the kitchen was good.
