I had a truly awful experience at Raj Sumandra Hotel. We checked out on the 16th at 11 AM, but the staff had already entered our room and taken all our belongings, including our clothes and luggage. When we confronted them, they were completely unhelpful and seemed more interested in defending themselves than in making things right. It was a really stressful and uncomfortable situation, especially as women traveling alone.

The hotel's interior design really caught my eye - it's got this lovely ambiance that makes you feel like you're in a different world. The staff were super friendly and helpful, too. However, the rooms are a bit small and the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything going on in the next room. Still, the hotel's charm makes up for the minor drawbacks.
