The host was available and the self‑check‑in worked as advertised. The location is perfect. Nothing to add.

Shared kitchen. You have to call a number to enter the building. Four rooms in one apartment so everything is audible. Shared toilet/shower. No free public parking as claimed; only paid city spots at the meter (17 € for 2 h 30). Free only from 18:45 to 8:00.
