Located directly opposite Inverloch’s inlet beach, this ground‑floor guesthouse offers immediate sea views and a five‑minute walk to the shoreline. It features one bedroom, a living‑room sofa, air‑conditioning, washing machine, and a full kitchen equipped with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. The TV was huge, the AC kept the room cool, and the kitchen and laundry—washer and dryer—were all top‑notch. The queen bed was comfy and the room had plenty of space. But there were no instruction booklets for any of the gadgets, so I had to figure out the TV, the Chrome Card, and the washer/dryer on my own.

The place was spotless and right in the middle of everything you could want. Clean, convenient, and had all the basics covered. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

The location was perfect—just a stroll to all the main sights, and the beach was spotless. The community felt safe and the owner was super friendly. The only downside was the bed, which wasn't very comfy, and having to sort out the linens myself was a hassle.
