The view was fantastic and the reception staff were very friendly, except for one excellent waiter; the service overall felt slow and inattentive. The spa was simply shut down with no notice, which is unacceptable for the price paid—service should match the advertised standards.

The rooms were acceptable, but nowhere near as good as other W hotels I've stayed at. I was especially disappointed with the spa; while I understand the extra fee for treatments, basic use of the spa and sauna should be included in a hotel charging around USD500 per night.

The service was spot‑on, the rooftop pool bar and restaurant were stunning, and the rooms were roomy with every amenity—steamer, espresso machine, fridge, hairdryer, Netflix, and more. The beds and furniture were top‑quality, and the breakfast was superb.
