The setting is gorgeous, the facilities stay spotless, and the customer service is top‑class, though a noisy guest in the pool area was a bit disruptive until the 10:00 quiet time kicked in.

The staff were excellent, especially Ruthie and Dennis, the breakfast chef, but the bathroom had a slight odor and the shower handle needs replacement.

The location is stunning, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the free breakfast is amazing; the staff were super helpful and friendly. Watching wild horses and elk from the balcony with coffee was unforgettable, yet the room could have been cleaner—our hot tub looked a bit dirty, the floor needs updating, the water pressure is low, and we couldn’t access the pool for free without a monitor.
