The breakfast was decent, but there were no toasts available; they did have cakes, puddings, and other baked goods. The breakfast area was a bit cramped for the number of guests, so you had to move quickly to make room for others.

The location was great, close to the station and you could walk all around the city. The hotel was clean and super comfortable.

The place has a fantastic location, staff that are helpful, rooms and bathrooms that are well equipped, and beds that are comfortable. The continental breakfast was very nice, and the restaurants around the hotel were great for dinner, a hot breakfast, and excellent coffee. The shower head was a bit tricky because it wouldn't stay up, so we had to hold it.

The hotel is wonderful, in a great spot, very clean, and the staff are very nice. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location and great transport connections! The train station, bus stop, and water transportation are all just a 5–10 minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. A special mention to Ernesto, the hotel manager, who was simply the best! He gave us a quick, helpful tour, shared great recommendations for places to visit, and showed us useful shortcuts and tips for using public transportation. His kindness and personal attention really made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ernesto, for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely love to stay here again!
