The new place looks beautiful and is well decorated. At check‑in, the staff couldn’t find my reservation from booking, taking 30 minutes to locate it. The pool was cramped and the breakfast area was too small.

The rooms are spacious, but the family room for four people only had a sofa bed and a double bed; it was missing a single bed and a second double bed, and there was no option to swap them. I also wished there were more activities for adults, like water aerobics at the pool or nightly shows.

“MUITO BOA!”

The restaurant serves delicious food with a wide range of options and tasty desserts. The reception area is large, and the service is quick and excellent, with very attentive staff. The rooms are clean and well organized; the pool is pleasant, and the accommodation is superb, featuring a comfortable bed, a great sofa, an excellent shower, and high‑quality towels. The location is very close to the city center, just five to seven minutes away, making sightseeing easy. Overall, everything is comfortable and provides a great experience! I think that, given the price of the stay, sodas and juices should be included with lunch. Also, the venue could benefit from at least two more pools to better serve guests. It would also help to have more table spaces, because when the place was full it was hard to get a table unless we arrived early or booked one a day in advance.

The hotel is new and has good facilities. However, the staff seemed unprepared for a long holiday with high occupancy.
