The location is okay and the staff were friendly, greeting me while I checked in. The room itself was very disappointing, with a tiny bathroom that was old and dated, and several things were broken. Even small items like coffee capsules were not refilled in the morning.

The staff were very welcoming and warm. The rooms were very beautiful and well equipped.

Breakfast was good. The room was good and clean. The patio and entrance were a bit neglected and lacked decoration fitting a 4‑star hotel.

The location was superb, close to the metro with excellent airport connections. Nearby the hotel there are several places to eat, dine, or grab a drink. The room was a little small.
