“Comfortable Stay”

Location, 2 minutes from gate 2 of the Giza Pyramids. Friendly staff, especially Laila and Noora. We arrived about 2 hours early for check‑in, were welcomed on arrival and checked in straight away. Very comfortable beds, slept very well. The balcony view of the Pyramids was amazing. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but comfortable beds made up for it. The elevator was non‑functional at times. The open balcony and corridor were mostly dusty/dirty, could be cleaned more frequently to make it more presentable.

A clean and wonderful place, especially the reception with Nora, top taste or very helpful, I would repeat my stay. Nothing.

From the moment I arrived at reception, the service was elegant and respectful, the staff were helpful, friendly, and quick to meet any request; the cleanliness was obvious throughout the room and public areas, and the room itself was tidy and comfortable, making the stay even more relaxing and quiet. I sincerely thank the hotel management and entire team for the warm welcome and attention to detail. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to repeat it again, and I confidently recommend staying here. ❤️
