The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional - they went above and beyond to help us, and we couldn't have asked for more. When we encountered an issue with our shower, they kindly provided us with access to a spare room, which was a huge relief. However, I did feel that our room was a bit sparse, and adding a bedside table or lamp would have made a big difference.

I was initially drawn to this hotel by the photos, but unfortunately, the reality was just okay. The pictures definitely made a good impression, but my overall experience was fairly average.

I loved the hotel's location - it was super convenient. However, I was really taken aback by the high prices, especially when we tried to upgrade our non-AC room. We had booked seven rooms and were quoted a whopping Rs 3000 per room for the upgrade, which seemed steep.
