The staff were friendly and helpful. I forgot my cell phone in the lobby washroom after leaving. Later I realized I didn't have it and thought it might be in the hotel’s washroom. I called and told them about it. They checked and found my phone. I returned to the hotel and got it back.

A plain hotel, but everything was fine, clean, and not worn out. The room had a small gimmick: a mini French Press and coffee powder. Great location. The carpet in the hallways should eventually be removed.

The direct location to the city center is top. The beds are very good. The hotel is old‑fashioned. Some repairs/renovations should be made.

The location is central in the city center and still somewhat quiet. The reception is usually unoccupied, and when someone is there it is usually unfriendly. I was asked to pay extra because I supposedly booked for only one person. The shower was broken, the mattresses were sagging, there were unpleasant smells, stained carpet floors, and the toilet flush ran continuously. Contrary to the phone statement, there was no gluten‑free breakfast. The courtyard, called the Orangerie, was extremely dirty. At 13.30 you are woken from your nap, asked whether you want fresh towels, otherwise no room service.
