The spot is very close to the sea yet still central in the old town, the décor was fresh and fun, and the reception from the host was quick and efficient, but the location is right on the street with a bar and noisy traffic that made the interior very loud, and the kitchenette was a bit sparse.

Being in a central spot was convenient, though it wasn't beachfront as claimed. The room was dark, damp, and occasionally stank.

The layout was good. Only one room was satisfactory; the other had nasty smells, mildew, and a lot of flies.

The location, price, and the second room’s mattress were very comfortable. The owner tried to put us in a studio that wasn’t even in the blue courtyard shown in the photos, had no windows, was on a noisy street, and smelled like a sewer. After we pointed it out, we moved to a better room but it was full of mosquitoes because the ground‑floor courtyard window had no screen, so we spent the first night killing seven of them.
