The location was ideal, close to the conference venue. The hotel is aging, with floor tiles in the bathrooms peeling noticeably. The staff gave me a different room where the floor tiles were less lifted. One of the bulbs in the bathroom didn't work, and the room needs renovation to be worthy of a three‑star rating, which it currently does not merit.

The welcome was poor: I was first given a room under construction. When I returned to the reception, the staff member got angry when I told them it was disgraceful. It was a total lack of respect for the client—lamentable.

I think the staff should speak good English – that’s a universal requirement.
