The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The building itself was gorgeous with plenty of amenities, and the restaurant was outstanding.

The location was fine. The reception was not welcoming; one staff member even made a joke at my arrival. I asked about the daily Spa rate (I had already received a message with all the details and prices) and they told me the daily cost was 44,00. I was disappointed because the price in the message I had received was 35,00. When I pointed this out, the response was that it was the “bridge of the dead” … it’s a pity because there isn’t a bridge, it’s just a simple weekend.

The front desk staff were not friendly at all. The food in the restaurant did not meet the standard.

The property is hyper well‑located in the center with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were adorable and attentive, the lunch was excellent and varied, and the hotel restaurant was also excellent.
