The air conditioning worked well, but the rooms were infested with cockroaches. The shower head was broken, causing water to splash everywhere, and there was no mop available. The location felt unsafe, and the option to book for one or two hours seemed like a brothel. Wi‑Fi was terrible, so I had to buy my own data. If you need an iron, you must pay R50. The sheets had holes, and some rooms lacked DSTV or smart TVs, offering only SABC channels.

The bath water was cold and we couldn't use the microwaves. There were no towels, and bathing was uncomfortable.

I didn't like anything about this property. It was my first time at a place where you have to pay R50 for a single piece of clothing. The place needed spring cleaning, and there was no Wi‑Fi.
