The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and communicative, always showing a genuine interest in guest satisfaction. The grounds even feature farm animals, including stable horses, which is great for children. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast and restaurant meals were excellent, and the service staff were welcoming and willing to help.

The restaurant staff were very kind and eager to accommodate everything, and the dining area was spotless. As a wheelchair user, I was surprised that the accessible room lacked a TV, a small table, and chairs for a disabled person to sit at a table—someone with a disability would also want to watch TV! Thankfully the restaurant staff resolved the issue and gave us another room. The room also had no wardrobe for hanging and storing clothes, and there was no nightstand next to the bed.
