The room was clean, but the street noise was unbearable all night—music could be heard through the curtains. The room faced the street. It was Friday evening. Also, the check‑in email never arrived, so we had to call for the code. Everything else had gone smoothly at this hotel before, but the whole visit fell apart. I won’t come back. By the way, the phone number on the wall was wrong.
