The place was spotless, and the rooms were well equipped; the staff welcomed us warmly, were ready to help, and very accommodating. The hotel’s convenient spot added great value for money. The Wi‑Fi vouchers, however, only worked on one device, though they seemed willing to issue more if needed. There’s a breakfast service but no on‑site restaurant; lunch and dinner can be ordered from the hotel next door.

The room was nice, but the sound system was off, the windows appeared to have foil, and street noise sounded as if the windows were open.

We stayed in the suite, which was very well furnished and featured a cute wrap‑around balcony. The bathroom sliding door opened onto a view of the Orange River. The breakfast room felt outdated and gloomy with curtains drawn closed, and the breakfast itself wasn’t the best.
