My son and I had to sleep on the street. We booked six months earlier and paid in advance, but when we arrived no room was available and no alternative was offered. They simply stopped responding. Unacceptable!

Close to the area we needed. No Wi‑Fi code. A mirror in the bathroom and a shaver outlet would be nice.

Nothing. We never made contact with the owners and had to rebook elsewhere. Everything.

There was easy access to the hospital across the road and a nearby bus stop, and the bed was comfortable. We felt like intruders because people lived there; they were very welcoming and lovely, but we preferred solitude and stayed in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the living room was noisy from a group with the TV on, making sleep difficult. The group was polite and friendly and probably would have lowered the volume if we had asked, but we didn’t feel brave enough and felt embarrassed to complain.
