La piscine est jolie La restauration est très bonne et diversifiée. L'hôtel est assez sale dans l'ensemble, la chambre n'était pas propre et un mégot de cigarette est resté dans la salle de bain de notre arrivée à notre départ alors que nous ne sommes pas fumeurs. La plage est sale et les gens laisse leurs déchets. La piscine est correct au niveau de la propreté. Lorsque nous nous adressions à certains réceptionnistes nous avions l'impression de les importuner à l'exception de Mariam. En partant avec deux valises énormes j'ai croisé 4 ou 5 employés qui m'ont regardé me débattre avec elles, faisant semblant de ne pas me voir. Le prix est excessif pour la qualité du service et des équipements. La salle de jeu est inutilisable et il faut payer pour une salle de sport sale

العاملين كانو لطفاء. الاطباق في البوفيه كانت غير نظيفه ادوات المائده (الملاحه) على طاوله الطعام كانت متسخه والاكل سبب لنا بعض الاضطرابات في الهضم لم يكن هناك حمام للنزلاء على الشاطيء الكراسي على الشاطيء كانت متسخه الشاطيء بعيد جدا عن الفندق

Huge thanks to Ms. Mariem for making my husband's birthday unforgettable—she arranged cake and room decorations as a complimentary surprise and even upgraded our room knowing it was a special occasion. The hotel was packed on the arrival day because of a corporate day‑use, yet they still let us swim in the owner's pool. The beach is absolutely great, and if you’re after a two‑day escape from Cairo’s noise, this is the place.
