Hotel Puerta del Lago

“Wunderbares, heimeliges und schönes Hotel”

Wonderful hotel, great room with a modern bathroom and shower (which sometimes takes a moment to reach temperature but always works perfectly!), fantastic bed, lovely owner and staff, excellent breakfast, sweet hotel dog. It’s quick to reach the beautiful center of Puerto Varas and the area feels very safe and comfortable. No complaints.

The rooms were better than I had imagined, far above what I expected from a hotel in this category. The shower was very modern, but almost a manual would be helpful to use it.

“buenisimo”

The location was great. The room felt a bit enclosed because it faced a wall, which limited ventilation.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were very small; the hotel used to be a student residence, so the rooms are narrow.

“No estuvo mal”
