The manager’s attention was very kind, always ready to resolve our requests. The staff, in general, are very attentive. Because it was the start of the low season, some common areas such as the stairs or corners had poor cleaning. They should sweep more.

There’s nothing special. The beach is far and the rooms are small and you can’t see anything.

I had an amaizing stay at Marina Palaza. The staff were very nice, and upgraded my room without even asking. Bahar, Qusai, and Mohamad were nice and cooperative

“لا أكرر الإقامة بهذا الفندق”

-. تعامل الموظفون غير جيد يحتاجون تودوات بفن التعامل مع النزلاء فمن غير اللائق تجاهل اتصالي للرسبشن من الساعه 12 ظهراً لل9 ليلاً . اضطريت اروح لهم وتناقش وقدم شكوى ضد الشفت . وانا معي ولد من ذوي الإعاقة لم يكن هناك تعاون وتعامل جيد وانساني مع الولد الا من رحم ربي ممكن الموظف احمد ومو دايم يتعاون . الاكل كوجبة الفطور يلزم تنوع اكثر بالخيارات . لا يوجد مسار خاص وسهل الوصول للشاطىء فما بالك مع كرسي ولدي كان جداً جداً متعب وصعب وصولي للشاطىء وعودتي للفندق للآسف
