A beautifully restored building that honors its history while offering every modern convenience, with staff that are charming and helpful. The location is great—quiet, no traffic to contend with, and only a 5‑minute walk to the vaporetto stop in a more residential area that feels less frantic. I’ll definitely return. Nothing to add.

Extraordinary place. I’d go back a thousand times. Anastasia speaks perfect Spanish. She helped us with everything, from where to park the car to get into Venice to every detail that made our stay memorable. The accommodation is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and you feel at home all the time. I liked everything!!!

Everything was exceptionally clean and well‑maintained, and the staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and dedicated, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The bathroom could have been a little more spacious, but since the property is an authentic historic palazzo I understand the renovation limits.
