The handicapped bathroom was great and the bed was pretty comfortable. It seemed like there might have been water issues in the bathroom; the wall under the sink was somewhat torn and visible from the shower seat. The bathtub sides were a bit high for me. The coffee maker didn’t work, nor did the ice maker in the hallway. Nobody told me what time breakfast was served, so I missed it.

Breakfast was better than average for a free hotel breakfast. Carpet and furniture could be replaced and the bathroom needs some TLC.

The room was big and clean, the location was great, staff were helpful and friendly, and there was plenty of breakfast.

The spot was spot on, right next to Vibrant Arena where we headed for an event, but the room had a weird odor, broken tiles in the bathroom, a leaking shower head, a 2x6 holding up the counter, and ants crawling around.

Close to the venue, but could use some updates and better luggage carts.
