The property is remote, quiet, picturesque, and offers stunning views. The building is a classic Tuscan farmhouse with high‑beamed ceilings and traditional décor. The issue wasn’t the property itself but the room allocation: we arrived with two young children and were assigned a room spread across several levels with no stair gate, which made the stay uneasy. Additionally, although the pool was advertised as open until mid‑October, we were told upon arrival that it was closed because the weather had turned cold and it was now green; with temperatures of 30 degrees we would have liked to swim.

We spent 10 days at the agriturismo Il Pino, a charming spot surrounded by nature. Loretta and Luigi are special people, they make you feel welcomed. Our apartment suited our family of 5. Having two bathrooms makes a difference. The pool is a bonus, the olive trees by the pool create a special atmosphere and give shade at any time of day.
