The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating
The room was immaculate and comfortable
The breakfast was fantastic, with Rene' doing an excellent job of keeping the food hot or cold as needed
I was pleased with the hotel's location, which was close to my conference venue

“Worked extremely well!”
Worked quite well for our visit - no complaints whatsoever.staff was phenomenal! They were so personable and friendly - extremely helpful as well!!!

Hotel was generally quiet and very clean. Jam who is on front desk evenings is very knowledgeable and helpful to all hotel guests. We stayed at hotel 5 days and Room Maids only serviced our room twice ( fresh clean towels, wash clothes, make-up bed and removal of trash paper). I was disappointed
“Disappointing Experience Due to Various Issues”
My experience at this hotel fell short of my expectations, with several issues that detracted from my stay. The phone and coffee maker in my room were not functioning properly, and I was also disappointed with the lack of personal hygiene products available. The slow elevator was another inconvenience, and I was concerned that the working elevator had not been properly inspected. Overall, these problems could have been easily addressed to improve my stay.

Breakfast stayed delicious as usual, and the hotel’s spot was spot‑on for me. The staff were great, and the bathroom amenities were exactly what I liked—everything functioned properly. However, a door at the bottom of the stairs that opens onto the first floor was stuck, needing some attention, and the lock on the exit to the wooded area outside was loose, also requiring repair. Other than that, I’ll be back.
