The facilities are very modern and the ambience tastefully decorated. Highlights include the beautiful courtyard and the roof terrace, which invite you to linger. Host Alessandro takes a lot of time and gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. You usually find a parking spot, but you have to look for it.

I would strongly recommend this charming guesthouse in Monseratto – the courtyard is a true haven of calm. We spent a lot of time there, enjoying the surrounding courtyard architecture, the materials, the furniture layout, the colors… everything was spot on. We booked one of the smaller rooms and were impressed by how the furniture arrangement, especially the open wardrobe, made the room feel spacious. The mattresses were wonderful, everything was impeccably clean, and the Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable. Alessandro, Elisabetta and Maria are great hosts; they seem to have taken previous guests’ breakfast preferences to heart. From whole‑grain bread to soy milk, fruit and yogurt – everything is available, and of course it’s also an Italian breakfast! The metro bus gets you quickly to the city center, and we happened to find a parking spot right away. We’ll return – and we can even imagine staying longer.

The property is a beautifully renovated old Campidanese house, crafted with exceptional taste by the owners. It is functional and spotless.
