There was no breakfast, nor a proper night stay. The check‑out was denied around 19:00, and the administrator said there was no water even though people were dining in the first‑floor café and cars were pulling out of the courtyard with bags. I suspect the owners simply tried to charge a higher rate for the rooms, as the booking terms stated payment was only in cash. We didn't lose money, but we had to find a more expensive option with great difficulty. It was awful to end up in a foreign city with no acquaintances, almost at night, after honestly booking the hotel. I think Booking should not list such advertisements on its sites. You’re ruining your reputation.

Parking was available, but the room was very dirty, no one cleaned after the previous guests, the floor was filthy, there was no hot water, no toilet paper or any hygiene products, and I had to ask for a towel even though hot water was missing. The price was too high for such a "lodging". The room had poor lighting and was half‑dark.

“Жахливо! Ніколи б більше не приїхали і тим більше не рекомендувала б нікому!”

Nothing to say! The service was terrible, the place was dirty, there was only one outlet under the ceiling and another one was broken, and there was no toilet paper! Most importantly, we booked a room for 900 UAH, no one called to confirm, and upon arrival they told us the room was only available for 1600 UAH. The service was awful, just like the picture! The worst part is that they simply cheated us at the same spot! The administrator even cursed me on the phone. I demand a refund of the difference and a conversation with the staff about how they treat guests and the consequences of such blatant deception.

“All I needed at a fair price”

The location was great; I could reach wherever I wanted easily, even though it’s rural and on the main road, but the road noise didn’t bother me. I had planned to use it as a base to explore the country, yet Lviv’s pull was too strong. The staff were friendly despite language barriers, and a bit of persistence helped. I only stayed one night, found it good value, and the food was good. The place has seen better days, but I think it’s a work in progress.
