I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The vibe was really cool and most of the staff were friendly, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. However, I encountered some issues, such as the elevators being slow and the ground floor being very crowded. Additionally, the street outside wasn't properly plowed, making it hard to access, and my room felt cramped.

The staff went above and beyond, decorating my room for my birthday and making me feel special.
