I didn't find anything positive, only the location and the facilities were disappointing.

The breakfast and location are fine, but the bathroom had no hot water.

The 24‑hour reception was alert and responded promptly, and the airport shuttle was on time, but the lift lobby felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic.

The shuttle was well organized and clean, but the location was not the one I had booked on Booking, as if it were a different hotel; it was confusing.

The staff at this hotel were extremely courteous, but I felt that the price I paid for a one-night stay, which was Rs. 6000, was not justified by the experience.
