The room was large, comfortable, and fully equipped. The grounds were lovely to relax on and the pool was beautiful. It’s a ten‑minute walk or less to Sarlat, and parking is free and convenient. The breakfast was excellent.

The reception was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, diverse, and plentiful. The room in the small pavilion was pleasant, quiet, and well‑ventilated. The bathtub is hard to access and has no wall handle to climb up or down. The bathroom is large enough to fit a bathtub and a shower if you change the layout.

I had no positives. My reservation was confirmed, but an hour later I received a phone call from the hotel saying the room had been double‑booked and was unavailable. They offered me a room at another hotel that was clearly lower quality, and they didn’t contact me through the booking messenger. I was stuck and accepted, but I’m very dissatisfied—it feels like a scam. I booked the rest of my vacation elsewhere and paid a lot for a low‑grade room. I’m unhappy with both the hotel and the booking platform.
