Wanda Realm Changzhou

I had a wonderful experience at the Changzhou Wanda Jiahua Hotel. What truly sets this hotel apart is their incredible level of hospitality and care for their guests. On my first morning, I asked at breakfast if they offered konjac noodles. Although they weren’t available then, Shen Lihong, the Marketing and Sales Director, stepped in to help. She went above and beyond by personally arranging for them to be purchased specifically for me. Moreover, when I mentioned I don’t eat sugar, she made sure I had sugar‑free yogurt as well. The staff truly exceeded all expectations, making me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction!

“Great place to stay, location was good and easy to get to.”

Nice hotel for the money, will stay there again. The gym was a little ordinary.

The spot is spot on, right next to a Line 1 subway stop and close to a shopping mall and a bunch of local restaurants; the pool is huge and the gym is big too, even has a table‑tennis table; the room was lovely with a huge, comfy bed and the staff were great. The hotel feels a bit past its prime with some small signs of ageing, and the pool water was a little murky, probably because it wasn’t cleaned during our stay.

Our experience at Wanda Realm hotels has consistently been excellent, with this hotel being no exception. However, the reception staff's limited English skills were a drawback. As a 5-star hotel, we expect a higher level of language proficiency from its staff.
