“سيئة جدا”

I was shuffled between three rooms for just one day, and the room‑entry card stopped working after only six tries as I went up and down the stairs—no fix was offered. The service and treatment were awful.

The cleanliness and staff behavior were great, but the construction noise around the building was annoying.
