“Comfortable and decent value in expensive Barcelona”
The beds were comfortable and a tiny balcony overlooked the boulevards, with plenty of outlets by the bed for all our electronics. The kitchen was spacious and had the basics; staying organized let us save a few pennies on self‑catering. We splurged on groceries at Mercadona (Pata Negra!) and had brunch there every morning—fabulous and inexpensive. The bathrooms were truly tiny cramped cubicles, and the price was steep for what you get, though Barcelona is notoriously expensive.
