“Spotless clean and spacious”

The owner was incredibly helpful—though we never met in person, he responded quickly to messages and even arranged a taxi to the airport. When we asked for extra blankets, he delivered them the same day. The apartment was spotless and roomy, and a coffee machine and fridge were available in the common area. The downside was that the apartment isn’t close to the train station, and the area can be noisy; we were disturbed by street and neighbor noise in the room, plus there were hot‑water fluctuations.

The room was clean and well maintained, and staff contact was easy and hassle‑free. A big plus was the proximity to the station, which is handy for day trips to nearby towns. The center is a bit farther, but that depends on your plans and whether you want to spend whole days in the center or also explore the surroundings. The neighborhood is pleasant, with cafés and shops nearby, and iron was included. The weak sound insulation meant conversations and noises from other units were audible throughout the building, even at night—earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. Street noise was not audible.

“Dragut”

We stayed in the Oasis Incantata room (the blue‑wall one), and it was clean and large, exactly as shown in the photos. The common hallway hosts three rooms, each accessed by a code. The area was fine and I felt safe. Supermarkets are nearby, but they close at 20:30 and on Sundays at 13:00. Check‑in is independent, using codes received from the owner. The block’s staircase has a hole in the wall covered with plastic. The room was cold, and you could only bundle up in a thin sheet.

“ACEPTABLE”

Location was fine. We rented three rooms for two nights, but one of them didn’t provide towels; I messaged the host and he promised to bring them, but they never arrived, so we had to bring a towel from another room. We asked to leave luggage a few hours after check‑in, but there was no secure place; the reply was that we could leave it in the ground‑floor hall with no responsibility.

“Al netto di tutto, consigliabile…”

The room was modern, clean, spacious, and had a huge Smart TV, but even in such a well‑maintained room you’d expect shower gel, shampoo, and a complimentary water bottle, and they didn’t bother to provide any of those.
