We started off in a room that was smelly and stinky, with no view, so we called the front desk and asked for a change. They moved us to a better room that had a nice view, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The initial room had a moldy odor and a strong stench that almost made us ill. We were also told there would be a restaurant nearby for drinks, but nobody informed us that it was closed due to a fire, so we couldn't use it. Despite those hiccups, the room change made the stay enjoyable overall.
