Bianca, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We received complimentary Prosecco, two bottles of water, coffee, tea bags, and a range of condiments at no cost. The reception area also offers a coffee machine for all guests.

Excellent communication from the time I booked the room. Easy access, no issues. Very good location for my meetings. It was clean, functional and top score for hospitality. Loved the scene at Breakfast cafe, its 2 min walk and to be honest more enjoyable experience

We just wrapped up a three‑night stay and are very satisfied. The hotel sits in a fantastic neighbourhood with easy access and plenty of dining options. We stayed in the large suite, which featured a very spacious bathroom and shower, and the room was spotless. The hotel excels at communication via WhatsApp—confirmation, directions, and self‑check‑in were all handled smoothly. On our last day we saw the staff as we checked out. Friends who live nearby were impressed with our room and the overall affordability. A fantastic pasty shop next door also serves delicious lunch and dinner. It was a very enjoyable stay for us.

Everything! The staff, the room, the neighbourhood, the value, and more. The TV caused a minute of trouble, but a very nice young lady fixed it with a Wi‑Fi reset.
