The room was comfortable with air conditioning, the staff were friendly and security was good; the issue I had wasn’t directly with the hotel but the municipality had broken up the streets throughout the historic center, and the hotel informed me a day before, but I didn’t know there would be excavator noise until after 12 pm – keep that in mind if you travel from October to December 2026, or even early 2027, especially now that the rains have started and water can stagnate.

The location was excellent, right next to the market; the room was clean, fairly spacious and comfortable; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food served was tasty, though portions could have been a bit larger; another plus was the availability of shampoo and soap in the bathroom; overall a very pleasant stay!

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is pretty good, and the hotel turned out to be much better than I expected.

The staff were friendly, but the access roads are a disaster and all of Piura is in ruins.

The lady at the front desk was very kind; I arrived at 12:30 pm and was able to check into my room right away, and the stay was quiet and comfortable. I only have a few suggestions: please repair the cracks in the room and start serving breakfast at 7 am, otherwise everything was great.
