I stayed at the hotel for a wedding in Mérida and the experience was outstanding; every staff member was very kind, warm, and eager to help, always with a smile; I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived; the room was perfect, clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was impeccable; it’s also very well located for walking around the center; on the day of my departure, the staff arranged a safe transfer to the airport early in the morning.
