“I will never stay here again.”

I booked a stay from September 22–23, 2026, with a new business debit card and the hotel charged me for the one‑night stay as expected. About two hours later, my bank alerted me to three separate unauthorized $20 charges, so I immediately canceled the card because of the fraud. Then, on September 23 at 5:47 PM—after I had already left—I got an email saying a new reservation/request needed confirmation. I had not made or authorized any other reservation. I called the hotel right away, and the attendant spoke with her manager while I could hear them. The manager essentially said, “Oh, it’s okay. His card declined.” That was very concerning, because the card had already been canceled. I cannot prove who caused the three unauthorized $20 charges, and I’m not claiming the hotel did them, but the sequence—new card, unauthorized charges, card cancellation, a notification about an unmade reservation, and the manager’s shrug about a declined charge—is enough for me to warn others. I’ve attached screenshots of the notifications. I will never stay here again.

The location is great for food, the staff are nice, the bed is huge and comfy, and there are plenty of plugs to charge things. The only downside is that flushing the toilet was loud.
