“Cudowny pobyt w Bergamo”

Excellent and modern hotel right in the center – close to the old town in the new city, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Great for trips to the upper town (bus stop under the hotel). Perfectly connected to the airport. Lovely and wonderful staff eager to help. We could also leave our luggage after checkout. Quiet room with balcony, efficient individually controlled air‑conditioning. Very comfortable beds. Spotless cleanliness. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very nice and comfortable and in a great location.”

The location was fantastic, and the buffet breakfast did not disappoint; staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were stains in the room and a fire alarm went off at 1:30 am when someone pulled the emergency cord in the bathroom, setting off the alarm throughout the hotel.

Location is good and the staff friendly. The shower in the room had mold spots/patches on the wall directly at eye level, and there were several bugs in the room when we arrived.

Friendly staff made the stay pleasant, but the open‑plan bathroom was a drawback.
